Our Company's Core Values IntegrityAccountable & DependableTeam CentricSystem & Process OrientedService EthicOrganized Efficiency - Risk Management & Compliance Your Impact: Own and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipelineDeliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating all stakeholders to on-time settlements In This Role You Will: Process loans from set-up through closing in an organized and timely mannerAssist with Post-closing issuesCoordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and titleReview document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracyReview title, legal, and settlement documentsBuild relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer serviceCommunicate with transaction stakeholdersMaintain an individual pipeline of loans Requirements: 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experienceStrong experience reviewing title documentsPrior experience with Salesforce-preferredProficiency with Outlook and Adobe productsStrong Microsoft Office experienceExperience lending directly to LLCs is a plusMust be incredibly detail-orientedAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, planning, and time management skillsReal estate knowledge is a plusStrong work ethic and can-do attitude AI-Enabled Workplace Our company actively incorporates artificial intelligence into daily operations and expects team members to utilize AI tools as part of their standard workflow.
