About the role

Maintain excellent customer service skills while processing mortgage loan applications. Assist in underwriting loans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle mortgage loan applications from start to finish
• Underwrite loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Prepare loan documents and submit to appropriate parties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage banking or lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
