Mortgage Loan Processor

About the role

Maintain high standards in customer service while processing mortgage loans efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely loan closings.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit loan documents to third-party servicers.
• Communicate with clients to address questions and concerns regarding their loan status.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or related field.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using loan processing software.
• Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
