We are looking for a Mortgage Licensing Specialist to support mortgage licensing activities for a growing organization in Duluth, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at managing licensing workflows, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on helping representatives navigate the licensing process efficiently while ensuring compliance with state-specific mortgage licensing standards. You will play an important part in delivering responsive support and keeping licensing operations organized and on schedule. Responsibilities: • Guide representatives through the steps required to obtain mortgage originator licensing and help remove obstacles throughout the process. • Complete and track licensing-related activities within established deadlines while maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation. • Respond promptly and professionally to questions and requests received through various communication channels. • Apply knowledge of mortgage licensing rules across different states to support compliant processing and issue resolution. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contacts, building productive working relationships across multiple levels of management. • Develop strong expertise in the organization’s licensing platform and internal procedures to provide dependable day-to-day support. • Monitor progress across multiple cases at once, escalating concerns when needed to help keep licensing efforts moving forward. • Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as business needs evolve. • Previous experience in mortgage operations, licensing, credentialing, or a closely related administrative support function.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, accurate updates.• High attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.• Solid organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize work effectively under deadlines.• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures, policies, or business demands.• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach when supporting internal and external stakeholders.• Self-motivated work style with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute where needed.• Familiarity with licensing compliance requirements; mortgage licensing experience is preferred.
