Responsibilities
- Sales, recruiting, administration, staff supervision, and client networking
- Sales and operations team coordination
- Branch oversight and responsibility for active production and pipeline management
- Strategic collaboration with corporate management and executive leadership team
- Stay current on loan program guidelines and federal/state regulations
- Execute company goals and sales objectives
- Recruit top mortgage professionals
- Maintain and develop new marketing strategies
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships
- Calculate, review, and submit employee commission statements and payroll
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history
- Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
- Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
Pay
$36,000 base salary plus incentive pay
