Model Beverage Server (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
• Promote events and programs.
• Provide personalized service and use guest names.
• Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
• Carry full trays on every round and prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe.
• Communicate with beverage servers and present drinks to guests or servers as required.
• Take drink orders, communicate with the bartender, assist in the preparation of drinks, and present drinks to guests.
• Provide service of complimentary beverages including soda, coffee, and water.
• Handle money according to procedure.
• Operate a cash register or POS system, ring proper amounts into the register, and give the guest the correct change; account for all cash and charge sales according to established procedures; maintain integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
• Know or be able to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.
• Respond to visual and oral cues.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to racino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
• Resolve customer service issues as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining company policy.

Qualifications

• Serving as an ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photos.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
• Must be able to present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and follow instruction and direction.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
• Must be able to provide fast, friendly, professional service to racino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
