About the role
As our Mod Superintendent, you will manage local installation operations, leading a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors. Your role will prioritize implementing and monitoring safety guidelines while providing learning opportunities for your team. You will effectively manage schedules, track team performance, and collaborate across the organization to achieve business goals. This position requires familiarity with code requirements, building systems, and experience working with general contractors to manage resources successfully.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience leading a union-represented workforce is ideal.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $109,600 – $144,000 annually. The final compensation package will depend on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
