About the role
We are seeking an experienced Installation Superintendent to lead local installation operations in KONE Miramar, FL. This role requires strong leadership skills, familiarity with construction sites, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Guide team on construction sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements and building systems.
- Manage resources effectively, collaborating with general contractors and other stakeholders.
- Lead a union-represented workforce, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines, providing ongoing training and support.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably in a union environment.
- Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce.
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and track team performance.
- Passion for safety, quality, and innovation.

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $115,400.00 - $151,410.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and alignment with the business strategy.
