About the role
This job manages the daily operational and client service functions of a Securitas Mobile Services operation, including patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response. It supports line management in achieving short- and long-term objectives for profitable revenue growth and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Manages a patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response operation, including supervision of subordinate officers and any supervisory staff;
- Evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action in a timely manner as necessary;
- Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
- Authorizes appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles;
- Ensures adequate inventory of uniforms, radios, etc.;
- Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules with line management;
- Reviews reports to ensure that commitments have been met and client directions have been followed.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license;
- Driving record meeting Securitas Safe Driving guidelines;
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Lead Officer;
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Ability to speak, read, and write English;
- Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

- Understanding of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection or response services;
- Use of personal computer and spreadsheet software;
