About the role
The Mobile & E-Commerce Content Specialist collaborates with multiple managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, monitor, optimize, and launch mobile and e-commerce channel content. This includes Apps, SMS, Website Landing Pages, and Social Gaming channels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with multiple managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, monitor, optimize, and launch mobile and e-commerce channel content.
- Utilizes internal UXM (User Experience Manager) and Workfront software to create, monitor, track, and test mobile application entertainment and promotion events campaigns.
- Digests and analyzes promotional rules and announcements.
- Leverages SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and Microsoft Excel software to export, segment, and upload targeted lists for personalized invite only promotions and offers.
- Ensures all data is accurate on lists.
- Leverages Microsoft SharePoint to maintain and track Mobile & E-commerce Content calendar and trackers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Analyzes post-campaign results and provides post-test insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Utilizes Microsoft Power BI to create dynamic visual dashboards.
- Leverages Google Analytics and internal reporting software to examine engagement metrics and segment performance to optimize performance; develops and maintains corresponding reporting.
- Determines important KPI metrics for measuring success.
- Maintains and monitors products, competitors, and industry standards, to develop testing benchmarks which ensures digital products and strategies are best-in-class.
- Facilitates and supports mobile & e-commerce team with promotion and event details, and official rules for messaging accuracy across all channels.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in communication and marketing channels including direct mail, e-mail, mobile, digital advertising, sales, relationship marketing, or social media is required.
- Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
Skills and Abilities
- Data-driven marketer with a collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience leveraging data, reporting tools, and customer insights to drive marketing performance and decision-making.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Primary work environment is in a climate-controlled office setting.
- Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
- Incumbents may be required to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Sedentary work: involves sitting most of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Physical activities that apply to the essential functions of the position are balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
- Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone.
- Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone.
- Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading and visual inspection of employees, visitors or facility.
- Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties.
- Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours.
- The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including secondhand smoke.
