- To Learn More, Go To Our Benefits Summary. Not all benefits apply to all jobs
- The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
- Equal Opportunity Employer (should be removed as boilerplate)
We need to remove boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer", also "The above information..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a generic disclaimer; but it's part of the description. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The disclaimer "The above information..." is legal boilerplate; likely should be removed. Also "To Learn More, Go To Our Benefits Summary. Not all benefits apply to all jobs" maybe also boilerplate? It's about benefits but still generic; but we can keep benefits details. However the line "To Learn More, Go To Our Benefits Summary. Not all benefits apply to all jobs" is generic; but it's not a specific benefit. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it.
Also "Benefits And Legal Statement" heading: we should not create a heading if we are using
for Benefits. The heading "Benefits And Legal Statement" can be turned into Benefits
. We'll include benefits details.
We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content for:
- About the role: includes sign on bonus, shift info, types of clients, company vehicle, team dynamic, location, overview of BJC Behavioral Health, role purpose? Actually role purpose maybe part of About the role or Qualifications? We'll decide.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications). Also maybe Preferred Qualifications separate.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (maybe also Role Purpose). Could combine.
- Skills: Ideal Skill Set.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: Up to a $2,000 Sign on Bonus (maybe also base pay not given). So we have pay info: sign on bonus. We'll include Pay section.
- Schedule: Shift information: shift 4 PM – 12 PM + alternating weekends.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each.
We need to avoid repeating job title.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
Up to a $2,000 sign on bonus. Shift: 4 PM – 12 PM with alternating weekends. Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) works with clients in active crisis who have outreached 988 and need in‑person assessment and support, serving all ages in the BJC Behavioral Health catchment area (Ironton County, Washington County and St. Francois County). Team members use a company vehicle (not their own car). The team consists of mental health professionals – some masters level, some bachelor level, and some Peer Support Specialists – operating 24/7/365. Work is based out of the BJC Commons touchdown location but occurs wherever the individual‑in‑crisis is (home, park, store, bus station, street intersection, etc.). BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center providing and coordinating behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. François, Iron and Washington counties. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for DMH‑funded mental health services and acts as gatekeeper to the public mental health system. The role purpose is to provide community support services to maximize opportunities for people living in the community who are trying to recover from the serious and persistent effects of mental illness.
But we might split role purpose into Qualifications? However we have a Qualifications section for Preferred Qualifications. Role purpose could be part of About the role.
Now Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Provides community support services to complex clients, including clients on care plan, using treatment plan interventions that result in positive outcomes based on individual strengths and needs; case load sizes vary.
- Completes timely documentation of services that clearly describe the need for the service, the intervention provided, the relationship to the treatment plan, the provider of the service, the date, the actual time and setting of the service, and the individual's response to the service.

- Supports individuals in crisis situations.
- Provides mentorship and job shadowing to community support colleagues.
- Provides qualified mental health provider assistance to clinical teams, including but not limited to assessment of access to services.
- Completes annual assessment and other documentation of clients.
Now Requirements (Minimum Requirements):
Requirements
- Education: Master's Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Experience: 2‑5 years.
- Licenses & Certifications: Class D (IL) or Class E (MO).
Now Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications):
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include experience with clients in crisis, ability to manage stress, comfort with change, solutions‑oriented focus on client strengths/resources, and willingness/ability to participate in a collaborative environment between staff and leaders.
But we also have Ideal Skill Set separate; maybe Skills section.
Skills:
Skills
- Experience with clients in crisis preferred.
- Ability to manage stress.
- Comfort with change.
- Solutions‑oriented and focused on client strengths/resources.
- Willing/able to participate in a collaborative environment between staff and leaders.
But note that the Ideal Skill Set content is similar to Preferred Qualifications; we might combine but we need to follow instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Both sections have content; we can keep both but avoid duplication. However the Ideal Skill Set list is essentially same as preferred qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could treat Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications and Ideal Skill Set as Skills. They are similar but we can keep both; but duplication may be considered redundant but not invented. It's okay to have similar content.
Now Benefits:
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and legal services available first day of the month after hire date.
- Disability insurance paid for by BJC.
- Annual 4% BJC Automatic Retirement Contribution.
