About the role

The position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic and crisis assessment
  • Deliver crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated
  • Work as part of a mobile crisis response team
  • Provide services in-home, office-based, and telehealth

Requirements

  • Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
  • Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure

Qualifications

  • Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
  • Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure

Skills

  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
  • Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems

Pay

Base Salary: $68,755.06 - $79,611.12 annually

Schedule

Monday – Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm
