Mobile Crisis Practitioner - Shakopee, MN
About the role
This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences
- Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance
- Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care"
Qualifications
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems

Pay
Practitioner Base Salary: $54,549.47 - $63,162.54/annually
Schedule
Monday – Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm
