Mobile Clinic Project Manager - Wellness Center - FT DAYS

Position Summary

In this grant-funded position (through Sept 2028), the Mobile Clinic Project Manager will oversee the expansion of our Mobile Clinic operations over the next two years, in line with our Rural Health Transformation Program goals. This role collaborates closely with leadership and key stakeholders both internally and externally to manage project goals, scope, and resources, ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university AND a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.

• Technical understanding of healthcare operations, finance, human resources, and the ability to adapt to evolving healthcare requirements and initiatives.

• Additional skills needed are proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaboration and conflict resolution.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Demonstrated decision-making skills, with a sound judgment in addressing complex issues.

Preferred

• Master's degree in public health, health care administration, or business administration.

• Two years of experience as a project manager in a hospital, outpatient, or ambulatory/clinic setting.

• CAPM or PMP certification.

• Experience working in a capitated or risk-based care model and/or experience in innovative care delivery systems, particularly in rural or geographically dispersed markets.
