Essential Duties
- Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
- Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.
