Mission Support - Trainer

About the Role
As our MISSION SUPPORT TEAM TRAINER at Global ISR Sensors and Software, you will serve as a subject matter expert to the customer regarding product lines in a fast-paced distributed ISR environment. You will provide training on the effective use of imagery, tools, and exploitation techniques for multispectral imagery, and assist with resolving issues and anomalies within imagery products related to our product lines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction within structured classroom environments and through individualized, over-the-shoulder training, hands-on guidance, and support.
- Ensure clarity, comprehension, and operational readiness for the customer.
- Provide expertise on imagery analyst skills, exploitation tools, and techniques in an intelligence environment.
- Support ISR sensor planning and/or collection management.
- Assist with the creation of products from system image data.
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience with imagery analyst skills in an intelligence environment, including knowledge of exploitation tools and techniques.
- ISR sensor planning and/or collection management experience.
- Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) and/or national-level intelligence agency experience.
- Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD. The range is representative of all experience levels and considers factors such as role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
