Job Summary
HDR is seeking a Project Manager who specializes in client development and front-end due diligence and planning for data center projects. The ideal candidate will manage and deliver projects, develop and secure work from a robust global client base, and expand HDR’s reputation within TMT markets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of due diligence and front-end planning projects for Data Centers, potentially expanding to Semiconductor, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects.
- Manage and lead multi-disciplinary project teams consisting of engineers, scientists, and specialists to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Control project budget, scope, and schedule, ensuring product deliverables meet quality standards.
- Forecasting, invoicing, and contract management.
- Promote HDR through regular client interface, mission-critical staff recruiting, and proposal creation.
- Lead HDR at interview presentations, participate in project reviews, and coordinate workload through entire project development.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Professional Engineer or Licensed Project Management Professional certification
- 7 years related experience
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to interact with various design teams
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
