About the role

The ideal candidate will manage and deliver projects focusing on client development and front-end due diligence and planning for data center projects. This role involves managing multi-disciplinary project teams and supporting the client Program Management team on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of due diligence and front-end planning projects for Data Centers, including potential involvement in Semiconductor, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects.
  • Manage and lead multi-disciplinary project teams consisting of engineers, scientists, and specialists to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Control project budget, scope, and schedule, ensuring product deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Forecasting, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Promote HDR through regular client interface.
  • Create vital proposal content including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead HDR at interview presentations.
  • Work cooperatively with local office leads, other business group leads, technical directors, and marketing managers.
  • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
  • Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Coordinate workload through entire project development and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure work is completed within agreed-upon schedule.
  • Facilitate/participate in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Professional Engineer or Licensed Project Management Professional certification.
  • 7 years related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Skills

Keen focus on organizational skills and follow-through, ability to interact with various design teams, and strong communication skills are essential.
