Military Banking Center Manager - Leavenworth Main

Responsibilities

• Makes sales at assigned location based on daily, weekly and monthly budgeted goals.
• Marketing bank products to target clients inside and outside the banking center.
• Manages operator performance for direct reports on incoming client inquiries via live chat.
• Attends local functions and events hosted by military groups.
• Supports business development efforts outside the gates.
• Builds relationships with key decision makers and influencers at the installation.
• Identifies and pursues marketing opportunities around the installation.
• Manages multiple ATM locations in the market.
• Supervises banking center associates, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, scheduling, motivating, training, preparing and delivering performance evaluations, preparing and delivering performance management, and terminating, when appropriate.
• Ensures client experience is "fast, easy and personal" consistent with company client service standards.
• Implements all banking center procedures and delegates same, as necessary, to ensure profitable and secure business.
• Protects all client and bank information confidentially and follows all company policies.

Qualifications

• Typically assigned to a banking center with fewer than 500 demand deposit accounts.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Ability to manage a team and supervise associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in banking or related field preferred.

Pay

The Military Banking Ctr Mgr I position pays a range of $60,000 to $64,000 depending on experience. This position is eligible for additional incentive compensation monthly, based on achievement of established incentive goals.
