Banking Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the banking center, including managing branch profit and loss.
• Executes the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensures compliance with operational standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Hires, trains, develops, and evaluates staff.
• Makes individual sales goals and maximizes sales and profitability of the banking center.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Banking experience: 4+ years with 2+ years in consumer lending.
• Supervisory experience: 2+ years, preferably in banking or retail.
• NMLS eligibility.

Qualifications

• Eligible to register with NMLS.

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000 - $121,300 per year.
