Banking Center Manager

About the role

Banking Center Manager position available at a strong regional financial services company. Lead a team, build client relationships, and manage all banking center functions.

Responsibilities

• Business development of market area through proactive sales calls and networking
• Involvement in the local market/community through civic organizations or community groups
• Ensure personnel are trained and motivated for high quality customer service standards and profit goals
• Develop, identify, and implement activities within the branch market area
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for high quality customer service
• Monitor production standards and ensure regulatory compliance
• Control operational and administrative expenses
• Resolve customer service problems
• Represent the company professionally at civic and community affairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
