About the role

Join a dynamic team at the heart of midtown Manhattan, where innovation meets execution. As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you'll collaborate in a fast-paced environment that values strategic thinking, digital design, and seamless communication. The PMO connects diverse teams—including Design, Construction, Innovation, Intelligent Building, and Business Administration—and drives impactful outcomes by managing projects with precision and creativity. This role requires poise, strong organizational discipline, and an eye for digital design and marketing, ensuring high standards in requisition hygiene, stage movements, and candidate responses while accelerating time to fill through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design regular marketing presentations and collateral for the midtown Manhattan campus.
  • Maintain an organized and robust catalogue of design images and files, ensuring accessibility when needed.
  • Update and maintain websites and technology platforms related to the project (e.g., Pixieset, Vimeo, Venue).
  • Report on and update key milestones, risks, and issues throughout the execution of the program.
  • Provide support on cross-GRE and firm-wide initiatives.
  • Create and contribute to documentation of project programs.
  • Prepare ongoing and ad hoc executive-level reporting updates.
  • Support development of project design, innovations, and construction through research, ad hoc analyses, and presentations.
  • Partner on communications and engagement plans to drive employee awareness of the midtown real estate strategy.
  • Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans, calendars, schedules, presentations, and executive messages supporting the midtown location strategy and move coordination.
  • Organize team and large group meetings and events from conception to delivery, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and ensuring accountability for follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design and produce clear, concise presentations.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and distill complex business requirements.
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual with strong project management and reporting skills, including the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product, including tracking and reporting.
  • Proven ability to act in an entrepreneurial environment while managing daily demands.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to identify and participate in projects to improve and close business/process gaps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in large-scale Real Estate Design and Construction, architecture, or Urban Planning (experience preferred but not required).
  • High proficiency in the full MS Office suite of applications; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
