Management & Program Analyst.
Duties
As a Management & Program Analyst, you will provide support for projects, programs, strategies, systems, and processes and initiatives to evaluate and improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. You will serve as the technical lead management and program analyst responsible for administrative analytical and evaluative work related to the organization's activities and issues. You will participate in strategic planning and policy development, analyze and report metrics necessary for strategic planning and tactical decisions, engage in continuous process improvement, analyze and maintain information, and provide objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of the organization's projects and activities.

Qualifications
- A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
- Specialized experience defined as: applying analytical and evaluative techniques sufficient to identify and resolve complex issues or problems; analyzing the work processes and functions of the organization to identify and recommend process improvements and help drive change within the organization; analyzing and measuring information to develop recommendations for improvements; and advising leadership and managers on the implications of proposed management decisions with respect to personnel to take initiative in identifying personnel needs and potential problems.
Additional Information
- Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations.
