RN Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee direct nursing care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulations
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Lead your shift and support overall care quality
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
