Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Defend employers in complex wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts
- Manage written discovery and prepare key motions, including class certification
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in trade secret litigation
- Experience with restrictive covenants and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief
- Proficient in drafting temporary restraining orders and complaints in federal and state courts
- Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with computer forensics and e-discovery issues is preferred
