About the role

Fisher Phillips seeks attorneys with at least 3 years of experience in trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group.

Responsibilities

• Experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues).
• Comfortable drafting temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and complaints in federal and state court.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted in California.
• Hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Skills

• Experience in trade secret litigation.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Ability to handle complex discovery and e-discovery issues.

Pay

The yearly salary range for this position is $210,000 – $270,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
