Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach

About the role

The position involves leading a team of middle school girls volleyball players, developing their skills, and organizing practices and games. The coach must have a passion for volleyball and experience working with young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance player skills
• Organize and lead practices and games
• Manage team logistics including equipment and travel arrangements
• Mentor and motivate players to achieve personal and team goals
• Collaborate with other coaches and administrators to ensure a cohesive program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• At least 2 years of coaching experience at the middle school level
• Experience with volleyball and knowledge of middle school student development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Passion for promoting physical activity and sportsmanship
