MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS DEVELOPMENTAL VOLLEYBALL COACHMiddle School Girls

The Saint Constantine School is seeking a passionate and Christ-centered coach to help build and develop our growing middle-school girls' volleyball program.

About the role

The Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach leads all aspects of the team, including player development, practice planning, game preparation, and fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship. The coach works closely with the Athletic Director and other coaching staff to support the mission and values of The Saint Constantine School.

Responsibilities

• Teach proper techniques, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and Christ-centered team culture.
• Mentor student-athletes in character, leadership, and personal responsibility.
• Prepare the team for competitions through organized practices and game planning.
• Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and the Athletic Director.
• Ensure a safe practice and competition environment.
• Maintain equipment and assist with uniform accountability.
• Attend coaches' meetings and school athletic events as requested.
• Represent The Saint Constantine School with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous volleyball coaching or competitive playing experience preferred.
• Experience working with middle school-aged students is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to support and uphold the mission and Christian values of The Saint Constantine School.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks and any school-required training prior to employment.

Schedule

August 3rd to October 19th

• Practices: Monday/Wednesdays 4 to 6 pm
• Games: primarily weekday evenings; 4 to 6 games per season plus 1 possible tournament
• Attendance at coaches' meetings and occasional school athletic events may be required.

Pay

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and required hours. Range: $1,500 to $2,000.
