Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate - Securities

About the Role

Fenwick & West is currently seeking a Securities Litigation associate, preferably for our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office, though other office locations will be considered.

Requirements

• At least four (4+) years of relevant experience
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 - $435,000. Actual base salary offered may depend upon qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
