Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate - Securities

Fenwick & West is seeking a Securities Litigation associate for its San Francisco or Silicon Valley office (other locations considered). The role requires at least four years of relevant litigation experience.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Must be barred in the state of the office to which you are applying, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 – $435,000. Actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications, professional licenses, and work location. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
