Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate - Securities

About the role

Fenwick & West is seeking a Securities Litigation associate, preferably for the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office, though other office locations will be considered.

Requirements

• At least four (4+) years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be barred in the state of the office for which they are applying, or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 - $435,000, depending on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications, professional licenses, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
