Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate - Securities

About the role

Fenwick & West is currently seeking a Securities Litigation associate, preferably for our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office, though other office locations will be considered.

Requirements

• At least four (4+) years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Admission to the bar in the state of the office applied for or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 – $435,000. The actual base salary offered may vary based on qualifications, years of experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
