Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate - Securities
About the role
Fenwick & West is seeking a Securities Litigation associate, preferably for the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office, though other office locations will be considered.
Requirements
- At least four (4+) years of relevant experience.
- Must be barred in the state of the office to which they are applying, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

- Superior academic credentials.

Pay
The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 - $435,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and, if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
