About the role

We're seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in Construction Tech, and a proven track record of solving real business problems and managing organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close full-cycle deals
  • Lead discovery and consultation to identify operational inefficiencies and permitting pain points
  • Build trust with project and operations teams across various industries
  • Present tailored ROI-driven solutions that demonstrate time savings, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Guide buyers through change, whether transitioning from legacy internal processes or third-party expediters
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support pipeline growth
  • Share market insights cross-functionally to influence roadmap and improve onboarding

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in Construction Tech
  • Comfortable selling into a range of verticals, including home services, solar, commercial, residential, EV, remodeling, developers, and general contractors
  • Experience guiding clients through operational transitions and adopting new ways of working
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose inefficiencies
  • Ability to present clear, practical solutions that address real business needs
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, able to engage both tactical users and strategic decision-makers
  • Structured approach to running deals, forecasting, and communicating with internal teams
  • Passion for modernizing how infrastructure projects are built and delivered

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting
