Job Title: Mid-Market Account Executive
About the role

Responsibilities
- Build the commercial engine from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle for companies under 500 employees.
- Leverage massive open-source momentum and 300,000+ active users to convert technical interest into enterprise partnerships, helping high-growth teams adopt LlamaCloud for their AI agent workflows.
- Navigate multi-threaded deals involving engineers and data teams to uncover business pain and technical requirements for AI adoption.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to execute focused Proofs of Concept (POCs) that demonstrate the value of LlamaIndex’s enterprise platform.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas and building their own pipeline.
- Proven track record selling to technical personas like engineers and data scientists, ideally within the AI/ML or developer tools space.
- Thrives in early-stage environments, possessing the "AI-first" mindset to use modern tools for research, outreach, and pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
