Job Summary
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Design and enhance ServiceNow portals using UI Builder and ServicePortal. Build integrations with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams. Maintain platform stability, performance, and ensure security compliance. Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications. Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices. Utilize strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Active DOD Secret Clearance, CSA, and CAD certifications
- Experience in Federal/Government environments
- Average 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred: Agile/Scrum exposure, additional ServiceNow certifications
