Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Focus on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.
• Apply best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.
• Ship meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balance declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and write maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
