ServiceNow Developer

About the role

The role involves providing operational support, developing and optimizing platform capabilities, and collaborating with the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Architect to deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions with an emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and the Automated Testing Framework
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform capabilities and development best practices
• Partner with the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Architect to design, develop, and enhance platform functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs
• Work closely with IT applications administrators to ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability
• Promote ServiceNow development standards and continuously identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities
• Stay current on new ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to support the platform's ongoing evolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience, with expertise in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and the Automated Testing Framework
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Bonus Qualifications

• ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM) certification
• HR Service Delivery certification
• Experience facilitating technical discussions, setting stakeholder expectations, and promoting ServiceNow best practices
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the evolving ServiceNow platform
