Job Summary
ZelTech is seeking a detail-driven Program Analyst to provide analytical, financial, and planning support for advanced technology development in support of Unmanned Systems (UxS).
Responsibilities
- Support program and project execution across technical task areas, including planning, financial analysis, tracking of deliverables, and milestone management.
- Develop, update, and analyze project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and cost-performance data in support of government reporting requirements.
- Maintain and track task-level budgets and expenditures; assist in forecasting and preparing spend plans, burn rate analyses, and financial reports.
- Aid in the preparation of program documentation, presentations, technical reviews, and briefing materials for leadership, stakeholders, and external sponsors.
- Support the development and maintenance of configuration management, document control, and data tracking tools for technical instructions.
- Cook up and document Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, working groups, technical reviews, and other program events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action item lists.
- Interface with engineers, logisticians, and project managers to ensure alignment between technical work and program objectives.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must have an active secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
- Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of configuration management, risk management, and performance metrics tracking.
- Experience working in a matrixed engineering organization or project-based environment.
