This position is 100% on-site, in-office and not eligible for hybrid or remote work.

About the role

The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Program Analyst for a Navy Mission Systems program support contract. You must be eligible for a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering and technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation for complex systems to meet technical requirements.
  • Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for new technology insertion and assist in development of technical potential new requirements and concept feasibility.
  • Assist in development of systems engineering schedules, milestone briefings and presentations, including required funds and man-hours expenditures.

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of the Department of Defense C5I Network Infrastructure, Systems, Hardware, and Software.
  • Understanding of DoD Acquisition for Integration of Joint Systems, network integration, cyber, and Navy platform systems.
  • Understanding of Modular Open Systems Approach to design and implement future capabilities for the Navy.
  • Technical writing skills for briefings, white papers, data-calls, and other program office communications.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing SharePoint sites.
  • Create automated workflows using Power BI and Power Automate.

Schedule

Travel may be required.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $140,000 USD per year (HQ and DC Office).
