The Dallas office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Litigation Department. Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated litigation, including large exposure cases.
- Judicial law clerk experience is highly valued. Candidates considering post-clerkship opportunities are encouraged to apply.
- Interact with client, business, and legal teams with strong interpersonal skills.
- Leverage innovative technology platforms such as Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline document drafting, and enhance analytical work, allowing associates to focus on higher-value strategic thinking and client engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a first-tier law firm.
- Strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
- Texas State Bar is required.
