Mid-Level Litigation Associate

About the role

The Birmingham office of Holland & Knight seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of transferrable experience for its fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group.

Responsibilities

• Drafting motions
• Managing discovery in complex cases
• Handling commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters
• Interfacing directly with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements

• A deep commitment to client service
• Ability and desire to interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Experience managing discovery in complex cases
• Experience with litigation procedure, including drafting motions

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama
• Reside in the Birmingham, AL area at or prior to the time of hire
• Work in the office full-time and no fewer than three business days per week

Pay

$250,000 – $315,000/yr.

Schedule

This role should consider their default working location to be in the office and will be expected to be onsite full time and no fewer than three business days per week.
