Experience Level

4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience
Federal Circuit experience preferred
Prior clerkship or top-tier law firm background

• Collaborate across offices with a focus on client strategy and case outcomes
• Provide substantive input on discovery, briefing, depositions, and trial preparation

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
