About You
You are a high performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. You hold an undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences and possess strong academic credentials in both law and undergraduate coursework. You demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive interest in taking on increased responsibility for client matters. Additionally, you have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and sound legal and business knowledge applicable to a broad spectrum of cases and client counseling. You are admitted to the state bar in which you practice.

Pay
The following annual salary ranges apply to positions in the listed cities/states and may vary based on factors such as market data, an applicant’s skills, experience, class year, degrees, licensing, and certifications. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
