About the Practice

As a patent litigation powerhouse, the IP Litigation Practice Group represents clients in high-profile and complex patent disputes across the tech, life sciences, and consumer products industries. While capable of resolving matters pre-trial, the group is renowned for its courtroom prowess, deep patent law expertise, experience with high-volume patent venues, and ability to explain cutting-edge technologies to juries. About You

You are a high performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. You hold an undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences and possess strong academic credentials in both law and undergraduate coursework. Key attributes include:

  • Action-oriented interest in taking on increased responsibility for client matters
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sound legal and business knowledge in handling a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients
  • Admission to the state bar in your practicing jurisdiction

Pay

Annual salary ranges for this position are as follows (additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays):

  • Austin, TX: $225,000 to $390,000
  • Boston, MA: $225,000 to $390,000
  • Los Angeles, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
  • New York, NY: $225,000 to $390,000
  • Palo Alto, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
  • San Diego, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
  • San Francisco, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
  • Seattle, WA: $225,000 to $390,000
  • Washington, DC: $225,000 to $390,000

Ranges may vary based on factors including market data, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, class year, degrees, licensing, and certifications.
