As a patent litigation powerhouse, the IP Litigation Practice Group represents clients in high-profile and complex patent disputes across the tech, life sciences, and consumer products industries. About You
You are a high performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. You hold an undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences and possess strong academic credentials in both law and undergraduate coursework. Key attributes include:

- Action-oriented interest in taking on increased responsibility for client matters
- Outstanding research and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound legal and business knowledge in handling a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients
- Admission to the state bar in your practicing jurisdiction

Pay
Annual salary ranges for this position are as follows (additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays):

- Boston, MA: $225,000 to $390,000
- Los Angeles, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- New York, NY: $225,000 to $390,000
- Palo Alto, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- San Diego, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- San Francisco, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- Seattle, WA: $225,000 to $390,000
- Washington, DC: $225,000 to $390,000
