About the Role
The IP Litigation Practice Group represents clients in high-profile, complex patent disputes across tech, life sciences, and consumer products industries. While capable of pre-trial resolution, the team is renowned for its courtroom litigation prowess, deep patent law expertise, and ability to explain cutting-edge technologies to juries.
Responsibilities
- Handle intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and take on increasing responsibility for client matters.
- Apply outstanding research, analytical, and communication skills to a broad spectrum of cases.
- Counsel clients on ongoing legal and business matters.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences.
- Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
- Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
- High performance in intellectual property matters, particularly patent and/or trade secret litigation.

Pay
Annual salary ranges for this position (additional compensation may include discretionary bonus and benefits):

- Boston, MA: $225,000 to $390,000
- Los Angeles, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- New York, NY: $225,000 to $390,000
- Palo Alto, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- San Diego, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- San Francisco, CA: $225,000 to $390,000
- Seattle, WA: $225,000 to $390,000
- Washington, DC: $225,000 to $390,000
