IP Litigation Mid-Level Associate

About the role

My client's Intellectual Property Litigation team in Palo Alto is seeking outstanding lateral candidates (class of 2023 – 2022) with strong patent and/or general IP litigation experience, a technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in complex technology disputes, particularly in emerging areas at the intersection of IP and artificial intelligence, and comfortable navigating novel legal questions where precedent is still developing. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to engage directly with sophisticated technology clients on high-stakes matters are essential.
