Mid Level Associate - Corporate M&A (CA)

Kilpatrick is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with at least 3+ years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a mid to large law firm. Candidate can be based in either the Menlo Park, CA or San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide variety of deals, with a focus on M&A and private-equity transactions
• Draft M&A transaction documents
• Conduct corporate due-diligence projects
• Manage complex transactions through to closing
• Apply corporate-governance principles and federal-securities laws

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant transactional experience
• Experience in M&A transactions
• Excellent academic credentials

Pay

Expected salary: $260,000 – $315,000
