Mid-level Associate Attorney (Antitrust & Consumer Litigation)

Key Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions to dismiss, class certification briefs, and summary judgment motions
• Manage written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Cook up with co-counsel, experts, and opposing counsel
• Aid with case strategy, fact development, and trial preparation
• Manage a docket of active complex litigation matters with appropriate senior oversight

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3–5 years of litigation experience (experience in antitrust, consumer litigation, product liability, or class action litigation strongly preferred)
• Active admission to any U.S. State Bar
• Demonstrated experience handling substantive litigation responsibilities
