Antitrust Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
About the role
Morrison Foerster antitrust lawyers are recognized leaders in the courtroom, the boardroom, and the halls of government. Responsibilities
- Taking/defending depositions
- Drafting court filings
- Managing large-scale investigations
- Developing business strategies for enhanced competitiveness
- Participating in criminal and civil investigations and merger reviews
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated interest in civil litigation
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of Antitrust matters
- Prior experience in a leading law firm or relevant government agency
- Strong work ethic paired with excellent leadership skills
- Commitment to delivering top-notch client service
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Earned excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in

New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000-$365,000
Washington, DC annual salary range: $260,000-$365,000
